I opened our doors in November of 1999. Prior to that I worked as a corporate executive chef for a great company.
My expieriences have taught me a lot about running restaurants, and I figured if I was going to do it, I was going to do it my way…
I’ve watched our burrito restuarant evolve into a neighborhood institution, where the regulars make my day. Local artists hang their works on the walls, and local musicians fill the air with their songs. I get to play and cook with great flavors from all over Latin America, and still have time for my 3 girls.
